One of the Frist Art Museum’s goals was to increase engagement within the College Students Facebook group and increase their members. Samantha Espinoza was tasked to create content to increase engagement and educate group members about events going on at the Frist Art Museum. Shown are a few of the social media posts. Additionally, Facebook stories were integrated regularly for the group to increase engagement and show behind the scenes as the museum. During this period the group:

  • Increased Facebook Group Members by 44%

  • Increased comments by +3.4K% and reactions by +1.3K%

Email Marketing

Dates: June 2019 - August 2019

Working under Kathy Demonbreun, Marketing Director, at the Frist Art Museum, Samantha Espinoza created email layouts using the software Emma. Content was provided in the email marketing plan. Shown are examples of the email layouts. One of the things Samantha Espinoza introduced to the Frist was adding GIFs to the emails, which had never been done before. Additionally, Samantha Espinoza was allowed to draft the content schedule for October to December 2019.
